I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to grow that kind of leadership and shape the culture and systems around it. With roots in my family’s orchard business and extensive experience across agricultural and natural resource industries, I bring a deep understanding and passion for developing leaders. As an optimist and catalyst for action, I simplify complex concepts into actionable steps, ensuring clarity and progress. I am an energy generator.

Leadership is my choice and journey—a way to positively influence and impact those around me. I believe in the need for more leaders and strive to instill courage in others, normalizing the messy, awkward, and hard parts of leadership.
